Returns

We accept returns only under the conditions mentioned below.

Refunds

If approved:

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped

  • Cancellation request is raised within 24 hours of placing the order

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • EMERVEX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
